Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days once you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

We try our hardest to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on Monday.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $100, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery address.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout and your location. Delivery time frames are estimates and begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update once the carrier has scanned your package into their system.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ship your order on time, please understand that once a package leaves our hands, delivery is in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your tracking has not updated or you have concerns about your shipment, please reach out to us and we will be glad to help look into it.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.
